Cravens has held the position of president and C.E.O of Powder Finishing Consultants, Inc. located in Yorba Linda California.  Powder Finishing Consultants was founded in 1994 by Michael Cravens to promote organic metal finishing by developing training programs designed to increase the quality, efficiency, and profitability of industrial finishing systems. The company is active in the promotion of educational programs for finishing professionals.  As a career metal finishing professional Michael W.
